Tina Brown, FAADOM, is the Founder and President of Dental Practice Enhancement, LLC, and brings with her over 35 years of dental administrative experience. She specializes in the art of practice management skills and offers in-person and virtual administrative training as well as outsourcing services for dental practices all over the country. As a virtual office manager, coach, author, and speaker, Tina was the Source Material Expert (SME) for Ashworth College, an online dental administration course, and an instructor for Dental Career College. Tina is a Fellow and lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM), and a proud member of the Speaking Consulting Network (SCN).

When Tina is not working with our clients, she loves spending time with her husband, grown children, and grandchildren.

Heidi Curtis is the Executive Administrator for Dental Practice Enhancement, LLC, working alongside Tina. She oversees our administrative department implementing document creation, on-boarding new virtual administrators and practices, creating newsletters, and more. With an array of interests, Cosmetology, Music Broadcasting and Elementary School Education, she finally found her niche in a world she truly enjoys, the dental industry. Heidi’s strengths have fast tracked her skills and understanding of dentistry. She has an eye for detail and a love for the tedious behind the scenes jobs.

Heidi stays inspired by her son and daughter, family, music, and art. In her free time she enjoys painting and karaoke sessions.
